Basement Conversion
The idea here was to create a bedroom and small bathroom in this basement, transforming it from just a store room.
With careful planning and the use af a Saniflo macerator a bathroom can be installed just about anywhere in the house without the need for complicated plumbing.
The bathroom only measures about 1.4m x 2.2m but has an ample shower enclosure, basin and toilet. Also including a tiled shelf in the shower for toiletries and small box shelving.
Much needed storage was also achieved with a new false wall and the use of bifold doors to limit the intrusion into the room.
